Ambulance service

Now we are back on home ground, just what is going on with The East Anglian Ambulance Service, you ring for an ambulance what do you get?  a quiz then a decision that just may be you really need a call back, but do you?, how is that decision made and who makes it, is it a medical person ?, no, so just how is the decision made, question and answer quiz, if you happen to answer incorrectly you might just get a phone call rather an ambulance, how can you answer questions when you are stressed out ?, how do you know just what is the matter with the person I am ringing about?, that is two of us who are not medically trained so just how the hell do you manage to get an ambulance??, if you know please let others know you will be doing everyone a favour.

Thew service and I use that term loosely regarding hospital transport is being abused by the management, they for some reason are changing the way that they pay mileage for the voluntary drivers who use their own cars to provide an excellent service for patients, but it just might be about to vanish the system it seems will be that these drivers will only get paid a mileage when a patient is sitting in the car, if this is a change for the better I think not, I need to use this service shortly I do not want to be sitting around waiting to go or even worse sitting in the hospital waiting to go home, there will be a big bang if I do have trouble.
